Our Catholic morals, values and ethics are the foundation of our faith and are incorporated throughout our school curriculum. Through ongoing devotional activities and community service, students build their faith through Catholic traditions and service to others.  Religion is a core subject with a celebration of weekly Mass and Adoration. We develop a spiritual life for the students through a variety of liturgical celebrations, prayers, sacraments, daily religious formation and service to the community in which they participate fully.  The fundamental purpose of our Catholic school is to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and prepare students to be "Guardians of Faith...Citizens for Tomorrow."  

A shared love of God helps children learn and grow together. We provide the structure and guidance to help our students build a successful faith-based life. All students participate in Christian devotional activities, including:

• Study of religious truths and of Sacred Scripture
• Daily prayer and weekly Mass
• Weekly Confessions and Adoration
• Teaching of Catholic heritage and traditions
• Bible study and lessons
• Meditation and spiritual reading time

Community Service – Corporal Works of Mercy

While the devotional activities provide a sound foundation for the Spiritual Works of Mercy, we coordinate various programs to help students actively participate in Corporal Works of Mercy.  Some of the activities include the following:

• Clothing Drives with the Sisters of Saint Francis, Independence, MO
• Harvester's Food Drive
• Food Drive for Parish's Social Ministry
• Clothing and Toy Drive for Social Ministry
• Christmas Angel Program
• School Supply & Uniform Drive for neighboring schools
• Donations for mothers and infants
• And many more programs
