At baptism, a person becomes a member of the Mystical Body of Christ ... The Church. To baptize your child at St. Andrew the Apostle, please complete this checklist:
- STEP 1: Registered parishioner(s) of St. Andrew the Apostle. Click here, if you are not.
- STEP 2: First child to be baptized Roman Catholic? please register for the baptism class here.
- STEP 3: Review the eligibility for godparents form and print for each Catholic godparent. You must:
- Have these completed and signed by the godparents.
- Have them ask their pastor to sign their document and apply the parish seal.
- Mail or hand-deliver originals to LuCinda Buckner in the St. Andrew office.
- STEP 4: Complete the baptism registration form here.
- STEP 5: After completing steps 1-4, contact LuCinda Buckner at (816) 453-2089 ext 5 or lbuckner[email protected] to schedule the baptism.
