Welcome to the 2024-2025 Enrollment Process!
Since 2010, we have not increased our school tuition rates. Our cost of education has risen from $5,200 to almost $7,000 per student. We must increase our tuition rates to provide the exceptional, Catholic education expected at St. Andrew the Apostle. The rate increase is in line with Northland Catholic Schools and other schools in the Diocese of KC-SJ. We also ask sacrificial families to re-evaluate your level of sacrificial giving. If you can increase your pledge to bridge the gap, please do so. We have also added the 2025 Auction fee to the enrollment fee. Preschool families with students in K-8 do not pay the additional auction fee.ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Step 1: Complete the enrollment forms at Sycamore for each student.- Login to your Sycamore account.
- Click “My School”
- Click “Enrollment”
- Click “Online Portal”
- Go through each student you are enrolling, including adding a student.
Step 3: Setup your recurring payments or pay in full at Pushpay.
- Registration is not complete until all three steps are completed.
- All families--including preschool and Missouri Scholars Families--must pay registration fees.
- On January 16, 2024, enrollment opens to public.
- Registration Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full unless there is job relocation outside of the city.
- Kindergarten and 8th grade families must provide an updated immunization record.
REGISTRATION FEES -- GRADES K-8
Option 1: Paid in full by December 31, 2023- One student $1,395
- Two students $1,620
Option 2: Deposit today and paid in full by September 30, 2024- One student $350 deposit today, then $400 due on March 30, June 30 and September 30
- Two students $350 deposit today, then $484 due on March 30, June 30 and September 30
TUITION RATES -- GRADES K-8th (Aug 2024 – May 2025)
Option 1: Paid in full by August 15, 2024- One student $6,080
- Two students $8,835
- Three students $11,970
- One student $6,400 (monthly $640)
- Two students $9,300 (monthly $930)
- Three students $12,600 (monthly $1,260)
REGISTRATION FEES -- PRESCHOOL
Option 1: Siblings enrolled at St. Andrew $225
Option 2: No siblings enrolled at St. Andrew $300TUITION RATES – PRESCHOOL (Aug 2024 – May 2025)
A parishioner is a family registered at St. Andrew the Apostle with a recordable record of giving for 12 months prior to registering for preschool and/or has a St. Andrew K-8th student. Receive a 5% discount if paid in full before August 15.PRE-K (STARTS KINDERGARTEN FALL 2025) - 5 FULL DAYS ONLY
